Why We're Moving
We've been busy. 5.0 on Google across 38 reviews, the Excellent Award for Sales in the Best Estate Agent Guide 2027, an average of 103% of the asking price, and homes selling in 28 days on average. The new office gives us somewhere to meet clients properly and room to grow the team.
Right in the Heart of Chorley Town Centre
We chose Queen's Road deliberately. It puts us right in the middle of Chorley, easy to find and easy to drop into on your way past the shops. We're neighbours with Kevills Solicitors — handy when you need an agent and a conveyancer working in step with each other. And we're a short walk from the gates of Astley Park.
If you're in central Chorley, Astley Village, Euxton, Whittle-le-Woods, Buckshaw or Coppull, we're now on your doorstep.
Growing the Personal Service
The personal service is what got us here, and it stays exactly the same. One dedicated agent from valuation through to completion. No call centres. No being passed around.
